The quarantine has greatly affected us all in the sense that it has made a lot of us have our regular routines shift. No longer are we as active as we used to be, as we are now bound down to the constraints of our Oakland apartments and our tight circle of errands.   3.       Make sure your mental health stays in tip-top shape. It’s difficult for people to make the most out of the quarantine, and studies show that people are getting increasingly depressed and anxious. You should be sure to get lots of sunlight and lots of movement in order to stay on top of yourself. Remember, without your mental health, you have nothing.
